Your Alegria Wedding Agent (AWA) is the key figure to handle all communications and organizational tasks in preparation for your wedding day. AWA facilitate the whole process on the behalf of the wedding couple, in alignment with the wedding couple, inlcuding managing meetings with vendors and negotiations with them, if needed.
Your AWA charters your team, consisting of designer, decorator, wedding host, DJ, photographers, videographers and others. Whom you get on your Alegria wedding team may vary by specific theme/concept and your own preferences.
#2 Wedding Day Coordination
Your Alegria Wedding Agent (AWA) is present and coordinates everyone, professionally invoilved in your wedding day. AWA takes care all the planning is executed with excellence. Picture this: guests and participants are on their places, the program is rolling out as per plan and time-table, the wedding couple is happy and calm.
For your convenience, our services are organized in packages.
Our Pricing policy in Alegria
is based on flat fees, depending on the amount and complexity of the tasks we agree to take responsibility for and deliver to our Client. Unlike common local practice, our fees are not %-based on the total cost of your wedding, hence we have zero interest in pushing for unreasonable options.
Our team will propose full planning & oranization of your wedding, from A to Z, or some partial support in case you have already progressed on your own, or plan to do so.
Whatever your intention, ideas and desires are, the budget we align with our couples is formed with predicability and transperancy.
